From June 11 to July 20, 2026, Granville Street will be transformed into a vibrant pedestrian zone, creating a lively, car-free space designed for fans and visitors to gather, celebrate, and soak up the atmosphere. Expect extended patios, outdoor activations and live entertainment that bring the energy of the tournament right into the heart of downtown.

Science World
Just outside Vancouver’s downtown core, Science World is one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, known for much more than its interactive science exhibits. For the World Cup, it’ll be transformed into “The Beautiful Dome,” a massive, 360-degree, 40-metre-diameter re-creation of the adidas Trionda, the official match ball of the FIFA World Cup 2026™.
