Van Vogue Jam Ball Event
Van Vogue Jam is hosting a ball event on July 25 – 27! Celebrating the 2SLGBTQ+ artistry and community through an event that provides opportunities for a breadth of artists from the BALLROOM community to be seen, celebrated and supported, in the competitive BALL format. DJ MikeQ dropping high‑energy beats, Overall Father Dashaun Basquiat serving commentary, and Jack Mizrahi Gorgeous Gucci hosting this vibrant occasion.

Pride at prophecy
On July 31, Prophecy will be welcoming La Cantina Concha, Canada’s newest queer cocktail space, for an unforgettable bar takeover in celebration of Vancouver Pride. Attendees can expect a showcase of Concha’s signature cocktail creations alongside Prophecy’s signature drink menu.
Obsessions pride window
This year, Obsessions Retail is celebrating Pride with neon pens and pencils from Germanier, French 2SLGBTQ+ supporter and fashion designer and in collaboration with Caran d’Ache. Vancouver-based Sean Malmas of ‘Made by Malmas’ helped create the window display and style the mannequin. A respected garment and wig designer, his work features on Canada’s Drag Race and in local theatre productions. Take a look at this installation at 595 Howe St (#101).
