BAPE (A Bathing Ape)

Global streetwear icon BAPE is officially coming to Alberni Street and this will be its first-ever Canadian location. Known for its instantly recognizable ape head logo, shark hoodies, and legendary camo prints, BAPE’s arrival marks a huge milestone for Vancouver’s fashion scene.

Dave’s Hot Chicken

Dave’s Hot Chicken is bringing its famous Nashville-style hot chicken to Vancouver for the first time. Backed by celebrity investors and known for its intense spice levels, this spot has already taken over Ontario and Alberta and will be taking over Granville Street in early 2026.

Aburi Market

Aburi Restaurant Canada is expanding once again, bringing its third Aburi Market location to the downtown core. Expect grab-and-go sushi bentos, hard-to-find Japanese snacks, and exclusive imported goods. This location will also introduce a brand-new Japanese bakery concept, making it a must-stop on busy downtown days.
