Liminal City Comes to the Pendulum Gallery this May

Visit this exhibition focusing on liminal spaces that exist in moments of transition, neither fully one thing nor another. Cities are full of them, shaped by shifting light, shadow, and reflection. Gillian Richards focuses on overlooked urban structures, using bold, sculptural techniques to reveal their quiet presence and modernist beauty, while Emilie Fantuz explores layered light and perspective to blur the boundaries between inside and outside. Together, their work captures the visual and emotional complexity of these in-between spaces, offering a more intimate understanding of the urban experience.
