Having a ruff day? Come enjoy a free dog therapy session and ice cream!

Take a well-deserved break and unwind with a free canine therapy session hosted by Hero Dawgs during your lunch hour on Thursday, April 30. Innocent Ice Cream will be bringing their pink ice cream tricycle to hand out ice cream sandwiches (dairy and non-dairy plant-based options available).

Research shows that spending time with friendly, affectionate dogs can help reduce stress and anxiety, boost mood, lower blood pressure, and even lessen the perception of pain. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need a moment to reset, this is a great opportunity to relax and recharge.

When: Thursday, April 30, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Where: Lot 19 (855 W Hastings)

Please note: Space is limited to the first 100 people and it’s first-come, first-served.
