Purpose
Concierge Tours provide an exclusive platform for Downtown Van member businesses to highlight their products and services to local hotel concierges. Concierges are the key to the city for visitors and these tours offer a valuable opportunity to inform, sample, and establish connections with the individuals who influence tourists’ choices on activities, sights, and dining experiences in downtown Vancouver.
Who Can Participate?
Businesses who will benefit the most from the concierge tours include (but not limited to) restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafes, retailers, tourist attractions, and service providers. These types of businesses align with the most commonly sought-after recommendations from concierges.
What Can You Expect?
This May, join our Concierge Tour with a select group of ten concierges. Each participating business will have 35 minutes for managers or business owners to present an overview of their services and offerings.
We encourage interactive engagement, with opportunities for concierges to ask questions and for businesses to offer samples, allowing concierges to experience firsthand what makes each business unique.
Selected businesses will be contacted in April 2026 to confirm dates and times. Don’t miss this chance to showcase your business to those who guide visitors in downtown Vancouver!
