In Fall 2025, we were thrilled to host two different concierge tours designed to showcase the diversity of experiences within our city.

With two different tours, concierges from across the city explored a curated selection of businesses, discovering new attractions and hidden gems to recommend to guests and visitors. The focus of these tours were to showcase places to go and things to see in the winter season.

Tour 1: October 29, 2025
Vancouver Mysteries

Our first stop was at the Vancouver Lookout, where Tanya Bennett, the founder of Vancouver Mysteries, introduced the group to the city’s most unique outdoor adventure games. Unlike typical escape rooms, Vancouver Mysteries offers real-life scavenger hunts that take players through the heart of downtown Vancouver. Concierges experienced a mini version of one of these adventures, solving puzzles and clues that led them to iconic locations like the Birks Clock. It was a fun, interactive way to see the city in a whole new light.

Want to try it for yourself? You can book your adventure online on the Vancouver Mysteries website.

Lindt Chocolate Shop

Next, we visited the Lindt Chocolate Shop inside the Vancouver Exchange Tower. This location features a chocolate drinks bar that serves both hot and cold beverages, from classic hot chocolate to decadent chocolate shots. Concierges were treated to a drink of their choice, along with gold Lindt coins tied to their Vancouver Mysteries adventure. The group also got a peek at Lindt’s latest release, the Dubai Chocolate Collection—now available in-store.

Grab yourself some decadent chocolate at the Lindt Chocolate Shop located at 455 Howe.

Ollie & Co

The tour then continued to Ollie & Co, a new business inside Bentall Centre. Known for its handcrafted candles, diffusers, room sprays, and accessories, Ollie & Co brings a touch of creativity to downtown Vancouver. Concierges explored the brand’s signature scent collections and even got a behind-the-scenes look at their candle-making workshops, which have quickly become a hit. Check out our video creating our own candles here.

Find Ollie & Co at 302B-595 Burrard Street or visit them online to learn more about upcoming workshops.

CENTRAL Restaurant

We wrapped up this tour at the recently opened CENTRAL Restaurant in Bentall Tower II—the first Vancouver location of this popular Canadian brand with roots in Calgary and Toronto. Concierges enjoyed a lively atmosphere complete with large screens and sampled signature dishes and drinks. Standouts from the Vancouver-exclusive menu included the Togarashi Tuna Tataki and the Pressed Ahi Tuna Sushi.

Try CENTRAL for yourself at 555 Burrard.

Tour 2: November 4, 2025
Thierry

The Luxury Tour began at Thierry on Alberni Street. Known for their refined desserts and artisan chocolates, Thierry set the tone for the tour. Concierges enjoyed their beverage of choice while learning more about Thierry and reasons to visit.

Be sure to grab a macaron (or ten!) when you visit Thierry at 1059 Alberni.

100 Ways

Next, the group headed to 100 Ways, a boutique on Granville Street that gives pre-loved jewelry new life. While they also offer new pieces, concierges learned how the team carefully grades each item they receive before helping it find a new home.

Appointments at 100 Ways are by appointment only. Book your appointment online before stopping by 728-736 Granville.

Holt Renfrew

No luxury tour would be complete without a stop at Holt Renfrew. Concierges explored the latest holiday collections, including the Maison Francis Kurkdjian pop-up, Ralph Lauren pop-up, and Mastermind Toys holiday corner.Guests also browsed a range of stocking stuffers and the ever-changing beauty department, before receiving a recycled cotton Holt Renfrew tote bag. 2% of each purchase of this tote bag supports Holt Renfrew’s charity partner.

Starting the search for holiday gifts early? Visit Holt Renfrew online or inside CF Pacific Centre at 737 Dunsmuir.

Call Me Back

The final stop was Call Me Back, downtown Vancouver’s newest hidden speakeasy tucked inside the Lions Pub. With its intimate lighting and elevated cocktails, it’s the perfect spot for a nightcap or a secret escape. Concierges sampled two of the bar’s signature drinks along with an assortment of dishes, including gochujang chicken, baked brie, and what many described as “the best chips ever.”

Look for the telephone booth inside the Lions Pub at 888 W Cordova for a secret surprise.

What’s Next?

These concierge tours are a wonderful way to connect local hospitality professionals with downtown businesses, helping them better guide visitors to the city’s most exciting experiences. We can’t wait to continue showcasing everything that makes downtown Vancouver vibrant, welcoming, and a top destination.
