Celebrate together with music, art, cinema, culture, and community!
Returning this summer, the Taiwanese Canadian Cultural Festival features three iconic traditional troupes from Taichung, Taiwan, including Shinyifang Taiwanese Opera Troupe, Jin Yu Yuan Puppet Theatre, and Miao Hsuan Dance Group, featuring traditional folk performances, the “Twelve Grannies” and “Tiger God.” In addition, the event features interactive zones and exhibitions including Taste of Taiwan with authentic street food, snacks, and specialty souvenirs, cultural workshops such as “Cross-Cultural Story Lamp” making, interactive mural walls, and a creative kids’ zone, as well as arts and wellness activities.
