Hosted by the Vancouver Police Department in collaboration with Downtown Van, this event aims to enhance your situational awareness and equip your staff with practical safety tips. This workshop is tailored for storefront and front-line staff, recognizing the unique challenges faced in those roles. Whether you work in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing industry, your safety matters, and this event is dedicated to ensuring you feel confident and secure in your workplace.

  1. Situation Awareness Training: Learn how to stay alert and identify potential threats in the workplace.

  • Employees who do not directly deal with the public.
  • Those who work in office towers (unless guest relations or similar).
  • Trained security personnel who will already know much of the content of the workshop.
