Downtown Van will host a circus-themed Fall Family Carnival on Saturday, September 23!
This free, fun and family-focused event is an ideal day out for young families with children under 12 years old. Expect a main stage busting with entertainment, including:
- Kellie Haines Ventriloquist
- Angela Kelman’s Magnificent Musical Menagerie
- Merlin the Magician
- Children’s entertainment royalty – Music with Marnie
- All tied together with Emcee Rock ‘n’ Beau
Other activities include face painting, glitter tattoos, and a ‘make your own magic wand’ station with Make Mobile.
The fun doesn’t stop there! We’ll have roving entertainment from Curbside Circus, a water-play station and quiet zone from BC Society for Children and Youth, and carnival games to keep kids – young and old – entertained for hours!
