On February 4th, 2021, the DVBIA hosted its first-ever virtual coffee class.
During this hour-long session, Jack Grant, the Coffee Program Manager at Koffie, spoke about the coffee history and its origins. He touched base on how coffee is processed and roasted and demonstrated three different brewing methods: espresso, pour-over, and immersion brewing.
Each attendee of this online event received a voucher to redeem a bag of coffee beans from Koffie, located at 1050 West Pender Street. Stop by and say hello to Jack! Koffie is open from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
