Granville Spotlight – Colony

We chat with Sales and Marketing Director Colin Canning ahead of the opening of Colony

How would you describe the vibe and atmosphere at Colony?

Colony has a pretty fun, laid back vibe. We’re a come-as-you-are place, and definitely encourage people to have a good time with their friends.

What brunch menu item to you recommend?

Well the Fried Chicken & Waffles are amazing and one of our most popular brunch items. But a good low-key tip is try the Broken Yolk Griddle Sandwich; the griddled cheese bread and tator tots are a pretty awesome way to start a weekend morning.

It is exciting to see a new space opening on in the Granville Entertainment District with both day and night hours of operation. What hours will Colony be open?

We’ll be open from 11:30am-late Monday-Friday and 10am-late on Saturday and Sunday. There will for sure be a lot happening, both during the day and night.

When is the official opening day?

An exact date is still to be determined. But we’re getting close, and looking forward to welcoming everyone this spring.

Anything else that people should know? There’s going to be a lot going on when we open!

They’ll be a ton of games inside, both arcade and traditional bar games, plus a full-size bocce court. And just like our other Colony locations, we’ll also have 20 beers on tap, great food, great brunch, happy hour deals, trivia nights and good music. Give us a follow on Instagram to stay up to date.
